1. A simple version of your CV that includes your education, the institution you graduated from with year of graduation, your GPA/WAM, and list of your international journal and conference papers.
2. The PDF of your completed UNSW HDR Self-Assessment, please obtain this PDF by going to this webpage (it takes 5 minutes): https://selfassessment.research.unsw.edu.au/ . Please note that Program Code for PhD in Petroleum Engineering is 1017 and for MPhil Engineering is 2645.
